Ajab started his career in 1987 at Saatchi & Saatchi London when the agency was at its zenith. The legendary Executive Creative Director Paul Arden hired him.
He became one of the youngest Creative Group Heads in the history of the company and went on to work on some of the world’s biggest brands across multiple disciplines holding positions as Regional Creative Director and Global Creative Director on Sony, British Airways, General Mills, T-Mobile, Visa, Pampers and Vodafone.
He was also responsible for winning 200 million pounds worth of new business for Saatchi with his creative work.
In the early 90’s he was a pioneer in anti-racist communications in the UK and beyond, with his much awarded controversial government work for The Commission For Racial Equality.
His contribution in this field was further recognized in 1997 when he was presented with an award in the British Houses Of Parliament.
Ajab has always led from the front and is also one of the most awarded Creative Directors in the business with over 100 National and International awards at D&AD, Cannes, The Clios, Epica, Euro best, Creative Circle, Campaign and The One Show.
Leo ShiinaChief Operating Officer

Leo started his Finance career as a Finance Analyst at a multi-national company. Since then, he moved to Deloitte Consulting with an emphasis on business process reengineering and spent the majority of his time focusing on Finance & Accounting processes. He is also experienced in Sarbanes Oxley implementations.
He joined Ogilvy & Mather in 2006 as a Finance Manager and assumed the current post from 2017.

Jack Mickle is an international advertising executive with deep experience in the U.S. and Asia.
Jack expanded Saatchi & Saatchi Japan working with companies like Toyota, Starbucks, Diageo and Callaway Golf among others. While managing the international coordination of thirty markets with Toyota and Lexus relationships, Jack also led Toyota’s first-ever global advertising effort for the introduction of the second generation Prius.
He then went on to found his own full service agency in Los Angeles, Nucleus Worldwide which served as Agency of Record for the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour, 3-Day Blinds and as Digital AOR for Suzuki Automotive.
Naoko ItoHead of Planning

As a veteran of local and global marketing with more than 20 years, Naoko manages strategic planning for the major clients and also leads strategic side of the agency business. She has worked on a number of iconic brands which cover a range of categories such as technology, financial services, FMCG such as skin/hair care and soft drinks.
Naoko joined Ogilvy & Mather Japan as a planner in 1999 and became Planning Director in 2011. She also worked at Ogilvy & Mather India, New Delhi office for a year.
Prior to Ogilvy, Naoko led the marketing activities of foreign beer brands such as Budweiser and Heineken, and imported winesat Kirin Brewery Company. She also worked at Price Waterhouse & Coopers as a business consultant specialized in marketing.
She holds a master degree at Colombia University.
Books she authored include the "Global Branding"(2014).

He started his career at a domestic agency in 1990, working on Honda Motors for 6 years. He moved to Bozell worldwide as Chrysler Account team manager in 1996, and specifically worked on Jeep to strengthen the brand marketing capability.
He was then invited by Leo Burnett for "Fiat" as a specialist. He was responsible of the business development and the marketing service department. He has expanded his career gaining P&G,Diageo Moet Hennessy, Nike and lots of local clients.
In 2007, he joined G2Tokyo and gained many new clients such as Diesel, GLACEAU vitaminwater, Dom Perignon and many others. He developed a new way of communication approach as a new standard. He earned many international awards such as NY Fes, One show,Cannes Lions etc.,
Masahiro SaitoExecutive Director

Masahiro started his advertising career at the Tokyu Agency International in 1994. In 2002, he became Executive Director of Sales at Beacon Communications where he was in charge of new business. He successfully converted many new business pitches, which helped him play a major part in the company’s most financially successful period since its inception.
In 2007, he joined Grey Worldwide, and became the Managing Director of G2 Tokyo and ultimately the COO of Grey Worldwide.
At Grey Worldwide, he restructured the organization and enhanced the reputation of the company across all disciplines, including planning, production and specifically digital across all the new media channels.
Masahiro joined I&S BBDO Japan in 2012 whiere he developed and managed the process of implementing a new company wide strategy geared towards company growth as an Executive Business Development Director. He focused on the online side of the business, establishing this part of the company from scratch.
Mike BusbyNorth Asia Managing Director

As Geometry Global’s North Asia Managing Director since Sept 2013, Mike Busby has 2 core responsibilities based out of the Japan office. Mike oversees the Japan, Korea and Taiwan Geometry Global offices and serves as Business Lead on the British American Tobacco Japan Account, one of the most important and the single largest Ogilvy Group account in the Asia Pacific region.
In his previous Hong Kong based role, as Regional Director on the BAT AsPac account, Mike was responsible for strengthening the business through; thought leadership, insight led strategy, idea driven campaigns, capability & talent improvements and network integration. A proven capability that he is now using to great effect in his North Asia role.
Mike has over 18 years of Integrated Marketing & Activation experience, having worked on both Client and Agency sides, with a decade spent working in the Ogilvy Group and 9 years experience in Asia. Mike’s extensive knowledge and expertise has been built working across a wide variety of FMCG clients and categories that has delivered award winning work on; Heineken, Guinness, Budweiser, Shell, Lynx (Axe), Kit Kat, Mentos, Listerine and BAT.
Shopper & channel marketing are a core competency of Mike’s and has been a key area of focus, whilst working for Ogilvy Action and now Geometry Global, with his goal being; to deliver clients highly creative Activation work that changes the way consumers behave and how / what they buy.
Mike loves to travel, is passionate about cooking and is an avid sports fan, who trains and competes in Ironman races. At weekends he spends his time with his loving wife Ernie and active 21month year old son Adam.
David RittenhouseRepresentative Director
As Representative Director of Neo@Ogilvy in Japan, it is David’s job to continuously grow and transform the digital media team within the agency.
David is a founding member of Neo@Ogilvy, joining as one of the first employees when it was formed in 2006. David has planned and executed integrated media programs for clients in consumer and business technology, automotive, finance, luxury and mobile telecommunications.
His favorite part of his job is working with media companies of all types to solve client marketing communication challenges in creative, effective ways. In 2015, David was a judge for the APAC EFFIE Awards and a speaker at Ad:Tech Tokyo International. In 2014, he was a TED Ads Worth Spreading advisor.
David moved to Tokyo from Ogilvy New York, where he worked for 10 years. Prior to that he worked in London for Mindshare and San Francisco for McCann-Erickson.
David studied Mass Media Research at University of Colorado in Boulder. His favorite David Ogilvy quote is: “Never stop testing and your advertising will never stop improving.”
Fred KendallManaging Director

Fred is a marketing professional with over 30 years global branding and advertising experience. Based in Tokyo since 2000, he and his teams have worked with a number of local and international clients. From 2010 until recently, as CEO oversaw all aspects of Brandimage/Sandbox’s design and branding operations in Tokyo. Core clients for this office included Kirin Brewery, Danone Japan, Colgate-Palmolive, JT, Nissan and Infiniti Motor Corporation. Prior to this, Fred was with Omnicom’s TBWA and BBDO global agency networks. He lead advertising and strategy teams working on global Nissan/Infiniti businesses, P&G, Johnson & Johnson, Allianz Life Insurance, Daimler Chrysler and MARS. In the mid-1990’s, Fred was the marketing manager for the Lexus Division and executive assistant to the president of Toyota Motor Sales, USA.
Fred is a graduate of the University of Washington business school (MBA - 1992) and Wabash College (BA - 1981).
